Bill Gross: Fed Claims To Own Billions in Fort Knox Gold; “With Nothing In The Vault To Back It Up—Amazing!”
Bill Gross, founder of Pimco, the world’s largest bond fund with over$1.92 trillion under management, penned a new piece entitled, “Money for Nothin’ Writing Checks for Free.” In his editorial, he called attention to the near $10 trillion explosion in global central bank money issuance since 2006, and the impending doom historically associated with a “money for nothing” monetary policy.
His conclusion: The whole charade will soon hit a brick wall.
Of particular interest were his comments on gold, commodities, and the“Fort Knox Fairy Tale“…ie. Fed gold certificate claims on Fort Knox bullion holdings which may or may not actually exist.
Says Gross, “Supposedly they [the US Fed] own a few billion dollars of “gold certificates” that represent a fairy-tale claim on Ft. Knox’s secret stash, but there’s essentially nothing there but trust…$54 trillion of credit in the U.S. financial system based upon trusting a central bank with nothing in the vault to back it up. Amazing!”
Gross comments on the end-game picture in saying, “…[G]overnment financing schemes such as today’s QE’s or England’s early 1700s South Sea Bubble end badly…The future price tag of printing six trillion dollars’ worth of checks comes in the form of inflation and devaluation of currencies either relative to each other, or to commodities in less limitless supply such as oil or gold.”
Bottom Line: Pimco’s $1.9 trillion in wealth is closely watching gold.When “inflationary dragons” reemerge (as he puts it), what impact might a percentage of that $1.9 trillion have on the metals and commodity markets?

Australian & New Zealand Geo-Engineering Protest will be Coordinating a protest throughout Australia & New Zealand – Sunday 20th Jan 2013
Mission
We are peacefully protesting with the purpose of raising the awareness to the public of the geo-engineering agenda.
We are calling for a ban on all geo-engineering, weather modification and Chemtrails. We are calling for an admission to all weather modification programs and for them to be made public through open and independent investigation.
We are calling for mechanisms to be put into place through law to make sure all of these activities seek to exist and that Australian policies oppose such activities at an international level.

General Information
Geo-engineering is the artificial manipulation of the worlds climate, and scientists, government and the military are using geo-engineering techniques all over the world – in a bid to combat climate change – or so they say. There is one small problem with this… geo-engineering is unproven and dangerous. So why are they still doing it? Is there an ulterior motive behind geo-engineering – like taking control of the weather?
That is what we are here to find out. We want the truth and we want the Russian roulette being played with the earth to stop!

Geo-engineering scientists propose to “re-engineer” the planet by poisoning the oceans with iron oxide and spraying dangerous chemicals including aluminium, sulphur and barium into the atmosphere! Although these theories have been around for roughly 50 years they have been largely undocumented by the media and the experiments kept hidden from the public.
Geo-engineering falls into two main categories -Carbon dioxide removal in the form of Ocean Fertilization (OF) and attempting to reflect the sun’s rays away from the earth in the form of Solar Radiation Management (SRM).
OF involves the dumping of large amounts of iron oxide into our oceans in a bid to boost plankton growth. Plankton absorb co2(Carbon Dioxide) over their life cycle and eventually die, sinking to the bottom of the ocean and trapping the co2 within the oceans.
SRM involves placing particulates into the atmosphere (aluminium, sulphur, barium and more) along with water vapour to help form artificial clouds and reflect the suns rays back out to space. There is documented evidence that this is already occurring in the form of Chemtrails.
Side effects of these schemes include acid rains, poisoned soils, waterways and wildlife, increased human and animal disease, further atmospheric ozone depletion, drought and further heating of the earth. Not to mention that water vapour is already a greenhouse gas.
These schemes are faulty, dangerous to every living thing on the planet and even the scientists behind them will admit to the myriad of uncertain side effects and admit that they at best, mask climate change and at worst, exacebate the problem.
So why are these schemes getting the green light from governments, why have the public been kept in the dark and why have we been all used as test subjects without our permission?
In 2010 the UK parliament and the US House of Representstives signed a treaty stating their intentions to push forward with global geoengineering governance.
Currently as it stands any government, military, NASA or other agency, private investor or corporation can initiate geoengineering schemes in any place around the world without public consultation or knowledge. Such examples are the recent SRM experiments done by Bill Gates in New Mexico where he released thousands of tonnes of sulphur and aluminium into the atmosphere, the ocean dumping experiment off the coast of Canada and the proposed Trojan Hose experiment in UK.
In Australia the government’s Climate Ready Program states that it is “open to funding geoengineering projects that use genetic engineering or nanotechnology” and advertises grants from 50,000 to 5million dollars for research and development.
Cloud Seeding experiments have already taken place all over Australia (without promotion to the public) and is now a permanent fixture of the snowy mountains. Cloud seeding uses dangerous chemicals including liquid nitrogen, and salt which will settle in the soil and create dangerous problems for agriculture.
We do not approve of public funding being assigned to such dangerous and high risk geoengineering schemes. Any experiments done in this field have the potential to drasticaly alter every ecosystem on this planet and any experiment done is an experiment on every living thing done without their consent!
This experimentation needs to be exposed to the public and stopped. In USA water and soil tests reveal dangerously high levels of aluminium in the soil, snow and water. Tests on human hair reveal the same. Such tests need to be undertaken here to determine the extent of the damage and efforts directed to remediating it before it it is too late.

Gun and Magazine Ban Planned for Illinois
Reader Jim W. just sent word of horrendous new gun ban legislation in Illinois that ison the fast track to floor votes in the Illinois legislature. These laws would ban most semi-autos and even pump-actions! Magazines that can hold 11+ rounds of magazines would also be banned. I recommend that Illinois residents read the text of the bills, regularly monitor their status, and of course contact their legislators.
For the sake of expediency, I'm quoting from the NRA-ILA web site, verbatim:
It is imperative that you contact your state Senator IMMEDIATELY to express your opposition to House Bills 815 and 1263 and any additional anti-gun amendments.Among other things, House Bill 815 would:- Prohibit anyone without a FOID card from using a commercial shooting range, which in many cases would make it impossible to introduce new shooters to the safe and responsible use of firearms.- Grant the State Police broad discretion to impose design, construction and operation standards that could shut down most commercial shooting ranges.- Ban possession of magazines and other feeding devices that hold more than ten rounds of ammunition. A "grandfather clause" would require registration by owners of such devices and give the State Police discretion to impose and charge fees. Registration would require "proof of ownership" that could be impossible for most people to provide, and even registered owners could not transfer magazines within Illinois, except to an heir or a licensed dealer. Transfers of "grandfathered magazines" would have to be reported to the ISP.- Violations of this magazine ban would be a felony. Failure to report theft or loss of a magazine would be a misdemeanor until the third violation, which would be a felony.House Bill 1263 would:- Ban, at a minimum, all detachable-magazine semi-automatic rifles and pistols. Remington 7400 deer rifles, Ruger 10/22 squirrel guns, Glocks, 1911s, etc. This ban would include about 80% of handguns now sold in the U.S.- Possibly ban all semi-automatic rifles and even revolvers or single-shot pistols with the capacity to accept muzzle brakes or compensators.- Ban "assault weapon attachments," so possession of a thumbhole stock, a pistol grip, or a fore-end (a "shroud" that "partially or completely encircles the barrel") would be a crime even if you didn't possess a firearm.- Ban all .50 BMG rifles.- Contains "grandfather" provisions that would require registration by owners of devices and give the State Police discretion to impose and charge fees. Registration would require "proof of ownership."- Create felony penalties for violation of this ban on guns or attachments.- Create lost and Stolen penalties that would criminalize victims of gun theft.
JWR's Comment: Several gun Illinois manufacturers (such as Les Baer Custom and Springfield Armory) have already threatened to leave the state if gun bans are enacted. They'd of course be welcome here in the American Redoubt.

INTRODUCTION AND INTENTIONS
Welcome to The GroundUp Podcast Blog with T.C. Rodgers, where we reclaim our rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, one day at a time, starting from the Ground Up.
The concept for this blog has been slowly developing in my mind for about three years now. After contemplating a variety of ideas for topics to discuss and write about for these podcasts and articles, spending many late nights involved in research, I found that my greatest obstacle in this endeavor was fear. I began to procrastinate and avoid the actual publication and production processes. I experienced fear of failure as well as fear of success. Fear of public scrutiny and loss of privacy. Fear of losing friends that disagree with my way of thinking and simultaneously having a shyness toward making friends that are like-minded. These ridiculous fears stacked up and weighed on me like an unbearable load until I finally broke under the weight. I finally realized that I absolutely had to do this. I would never be happy with myself unless I expressed my point of view and developed a community atmosphere with people that yearned, as I do, to find some Truth in this world and to learn how to make life better by becoming as self reliant as possible. It is my belief that most of us encounter a similar form of fear on some level in our own unique ways. It is also my belief that obstacles and fears are meant to be overcome by brave people.
Nonetheless, this blog/podcast is by no means intended to be a mere expression of my own personal experience in life. Rather, it is designed to grow into a community of people that share a common goal, which is to overcome the many diverse obstacles that we face in the modern world and to live a lifestyle that is conducive to healthy individual and social growth patterns. Physical, emotional, and spiritual growth are at the epicenter of our concerns here.Although modern life may have compelled us to feel defeated and completely "ground up", we do have the opportunity to start over and become the people that we have always wanted to be, starting from the Ground Up.
At this point, you are probably wondering exactly what subject matters will be explored here. Admittedly, I have been somewhat vague up to this point. After all, I had considered the option of bypassing this introductory statement and diving headlong into the production and publication processes. Obviously, I have decided against doing that. In all fairness, I feel that you deserve a fair "warning". (laughs)
The topics explored here will be broadly varied, ranging from the spiritual to the mundane, and from the physical to the philosophical. Examples are (yet not limited to); self education vs. schooling, geopolitics, the worldwide resistance movement, preparedness, alternative health care, organic gardening and individual food production skills, fitness, nutrition and supplementation, developing skill sets and do-it -yourself instructions, homesteading, modern survival methodology, current events, Libertarian philosophies, prophetic research, and Christian principles and practices (as a faith, not as an organized religion), and possibly much more.
Also, you will notice that a separate section of the podcast will be devoted to audiobooks. The first and foremost audiobook podcast will be of The King James Version of The Holy Bible in approximately 30 minute segments, from beginning to end. Other audiobooks that I would like to publish are; the Book of Enoch, the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, Civil Disobedience, Walden Pond, and possibly even my first novel, (if I get up the nerve).
